Meet Amanda, your ADHD Coach

Helping people to re-design their jobs and lives to bring out the best in them and their ADHD

AMANDA KRULIS

B.Psych(Hons), M.Pysch (Organisational)
I’m Amanda Krulis, an endorsed organisational psychologist specialising in ADHD across work, education, and life transitions.

I spent over a decade working with organisations to understand performance, motivation, and behaviour, and now apply that same systems‑based thinking to ADHD. In my work, I regularly see people experiencing difficulty not because they lack ability or effort, but because the environments, expectations, or roles around them no longer fit how they think and work.

I work primarily with adults with ADHD — particularly professionals and women diagnosed later in life — who are trying to make sense of burnout, overwhelm, or growing dissatisfaction at work. This often involves understanding how ADHD is showing up at this stage of life, and making thoughtful changes to roles, expectations, and systems so work becomes more sustainable over time.

Alongside this, I support parents of young people with ADHD, focusing on practical strategies that reduce daily friction and conflict. I also deliver education, training, and executive coaching for organisations, and co‑run educational webinars for parents through ADHD Webinars with careers practitioner Claire Pech.
