ADHD is often misunderstood — particularly in workplaces, careers, and high‑pressure life stages.
I spent over a decade helping organisations understand performance, motivation and behaviour. Now I apply that same systems-based thinking to ADHD — across work, education and life transitions.
I work primarily with adults with ADHD — especially professionals and women diagnosed later in life — who are making sense of burnout, overwhelm, or growing dissatisfaction at work. Often the difficulty isn’t ability or effort; it’s an environment that no longer fits how you think.
Alongside this, I support parents of young people with ADHD, focusing on practical strategies that reduce daily friction and conflict. I also deliver education, training, and executive coaching for organisations, and co-run educational webinars for parents through ADHD Webinars with careers practitioner Claire Pech.

There’s no fixed number of sessions or prescribed program — we work at your pace and stop when you have what you need. Depending on what you’re trying to figure out, I may suggest the Wave Professional Styles Questionnaire — a psychometric assessment that gives us a detailed picture of your strengths, working style, and the kinds of roles and environments you’re most likely to thrive in. For younger clients, parents are welcome to join sessions where that’s useful.
If you have anything relevant to share before we meet — assessment results from your GP or psychiatrist, a CV, previous work history, or anything else you think might be useful — feel free to send it through. The more context I have, the more we can get done in our first session together.
Understanding your background, experiences and unique ADHD challenges — sometimes including psychometric testing to explore your strengths.
We break down challenge areas and develop strategies that work, with resources to build self-understanding along the way.
With your toolkit in place, I encourage and support you moving forward — check-in emails, texts, or ongoing sessions.
Alongside my coaching practice, I also run ADHD Webinars — a joint venture with careers adviser Claire Pech. Together we create practical, evidence-based webinars to help ADHDers and their families make more informed decisions across school, careers, and life transitions.
